The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with specialist vehicle builders and conversion companies across the UK. Working within sectors such as commercial vehicles, blue light, military, mobile and construction vehicle applications, you will promote aftermarket solutions including power generation, air conditioning, climate control and power electronics systems.

This is a consultative field sales role involving customer meetings, project mapping, specification discussions and identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. You'll typically conduct 9-10 customer visits per week, attend industry exhibitions and work closely with decision-makers including business owners, directors and senior leadership teams.
Location:
Field-based role covering a national customer base. Candidates should ideally be located within one hour of Bournemouth and be willing to travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
Requirements:
- B2B field sales experience within a technical or engineering-led product
- Comfortable managing customer relationships in a field-based sales environment
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Full UK driving licence
- Technical backgrounds with customer-facing experience will also be considered
