We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join their Leeds team and take ownership of the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
If you're commercially driven, competitive, and want a role where performance directly impacts your earning potential, this could be a very strong next move.
💰 What's in it for you?
- £30k basic salary, increases to 35k on passing probation
- Salary progression every 3 months, based on performance - £35k → £37.5k → £40k
- And with £70k–£90k OTE, there's serious earning potential for strong performers

- Generate new business through proactive outbound activity
- Manage your own pipeline from first conversation to closed deal
- Build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and position the right solution
- Hit and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
🎯 What We're Looking For You'll ideally have:
- B2B sales experience
- Proven closing experience
- Experience managing a full sales cycle
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confidence selling to business owners and senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A competitive, resilient, and commercially-minded approach
- The ambition to progress and earn at a high level
