Business Development Manager | London & South East
Industry: Temporary Hire (HVAC) and Power Solutions
Seven Executive has been exclusively retained to identify a Business Development Manager for a rapidly growing provider of temporary heating, cooling, and power solutions.
This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation in the market, significant investment in its fleet, engineering capability, and operational infrastructure, and ambitious plans for continued growth across the UK.
Package: £50,000 to £60,000 Basic | Uncapped Commission | Benefits | Career Progression
The Opportunity
A hunter-led sales role focused on developing new business and growing key accounts across London and the South East.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and delivering temporary heating, cooling, and power solutions across sectors including:

Key Responsibilities
- Win new customers and develop existing accounts
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct customer meetings and site surveys
- Deliver consultative, solution-led sales
- Drive significant revenue growth across the region
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven business development and account management experience
- Background within HVAC hire, plant hire, construction products, M&E services, or technical B2B sales
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
