About Blume Group

Blume Group is one of the UK's leading customer acquisition specialists in the legal sector, continuing to grow through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. We partner with law firms across the UK, helping them access high-quality opportunities and achieve sustainable growth.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities and closing deals.

This role is home-based, covering the Midlands, Reading and Oxford regions, with monthly visits to our office. Travel expenses will be covered where applicable.

The Role

This is a true business development role where you'll be responsible for creating and developing your own pipeline of opportunities, building relationships with law firms and representing Blume Group within the industry.

We're looking for someone with strong sales capability rather than specific industry knowledge. If you're confident generating opportunities, networking, opening new conversations and converting prospects into long-term business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Success in this role will come from your drive, resilience, work ethic and ability to proactively get out into the market, meeting prospective clients and building a strong network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
