£34,000–£45,000 + OTE | London / Hybrid
We’re working with a leading independent Salesforce consulting partner looking for an ambitious B2B salesperson to join their growing commercial team.
You don’t need Salesforce experience.
This is ideal for someone early in their sales career who has developed strong B2B business development skills and is ready to progress towards an Account Executive role, selling solutions across Salesforce, Data and AI.
The role
- Build new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities
- Engage with senior business decision-makers
- Work with experienced sales and technical teams to shape solutions
- Develop relationships with customers and technology partners
- Progressively take ownership of opportunities from prospecting through to close

About you
You could currently be a BDR, Senior BDR, Business Development Executive, BDM, Sales Executive or Junior AE.

We’re looking for:
- B2B sales/business development experience
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
- Experience working towards sales targets
- Confidence speaking with new customers
- Commercial curiosity and an interest in technology
- Ambition to develop into a successful Account Executive
Experience within SaaS, technology or professional services would be advantageous, but we're much more interested in your sales ability, attitude and potential.
