Business Development Manager – Technology Partnerships
📍 London | Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
💰 £50 per hour + holiday pay
📅 12-month contract
Have you negotiated and launched partnerships involving apps, connected devices or digital platforms?
We’re recruiting for a leading global technology company, offering the opportunity to deliver strategic product partnerships across globally used consumer apps.
We’re looking for experience gained within a consumer technology company, digital platform, connected TV business or device manufacturer, with a track record of personally negotiating and closing technology partnership agreements.
The opportunity
You’ll take new partnerships from identifying the opportunity and pitching the proposition through to negotiating commercial terms and coordinating implementation. Your work will include:
- Building relationships with device manufacturers and platform partners to enable new app experiences.
- Securing partners for product integrations and API pilots.
- Structuring bespoke agreements, including long-term deals and test-and-learn partnerships.
- Working with Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance to align commercial terms, technical requirements and launch plans.
- Assessing potential partners and measuring results against agreed commercial and product objectives.

What you’ll bring
- 6+ years’ experience in technology business development, product partnerships or a related field.
- Personal ownership of technology deals, including negotiating terms and taking agreements through to signature.
- Experience with app distribution, software integrations, APIs or device platforms.
- Confidence working directly with Product and Engineering teams on implementation requirements.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to build agreements from scratch where no established approach exists.
- Excellent stakeholder management, pitching and presentation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position, with responsibility for progressing and delivering assigned partnership initiatives.
