What We Are Looking For
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities across both debt purchase and servicing lines, supporting growth across multiple Group business units.
The role will focus on developing qualified pipeline, building strategic relationships and supporting delivery of the Group’s wider commercial objectives and will support both investment-led growth and expansion of capital-light servicing revenues.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across multiple Group service lines by:
- Generating qualified pipeline across debt purchase and servicing lines.
- Conducting outbound business development activity across agreed target markets.
- Building and maintaining strong market and intermediary relationships.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
- Working alongside marketing on campaigns, outreach, and lead generation activity.
- Collaborating with operational and client management teams across the Group.

What We're Looking For in You
- Experience within B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Comfortable operating within target-driven commercial environments
- Experience within debt, credit, outsourcing, or regulated B2B sectors preferred
- Strong MS Office skills required
- Experience with Jira or equivalent process management tools would be highly advantageous
The Application Timeline
- A first stage phone call with the internal talent acquisition team (15-minute call)
- An introductory call with the Commercial Director via Teams (30 minutes)
- A formal interview with the Commercial Director and another senior stakeholder (60 minutes)

- £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, PLUS an attractive commission package.
