Business Development Manager
Women’s Health Events
£35,000 basic + uncapped commission
London / Hybrid
We’re working with a brilliant, fast-growing events business that is building something genuinely exciting within the women’s health space.
They’re looking for a seriously ambitious Business Development Manager to sell sponsorship and exhibition packages across a growing portfolio of events. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the events industry, enjoys winning new business and wants the freedom to earn very well.
You’ll be joining a fun, energetic and entrepreneurial team where good ideas are encouraged, success is celebrated and there is plenty of opportunity to grow as the business expands.
The role
You’ll take ownership of generating commercial revenue across the events portfolio, including:
- Selling sponsorship and exhibition packages
- Identifying and approaching exciting brands within the women’s health market
- Building your own pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn and networking
- Developing creative, tailored commercial packages
- Managing relationships from initial conversation through to close
- Growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for repeat business
- Attending events and meeting clients face-to-face
- Working closely with the wider event, marketing and content teams

Who they’re looking for
You must already have experience selling sponsorship or exhibition packages within the events industry.
Beyond that, they’re looking for someone who is:
- Seriously hungry, driven and excited by uncapped earning potential
- Confident picking up the phone and developing new business
- Naturally outgoing and brilliant at building relationships
- Commercial, creative and comfortable selling tailored solutions
- Full of energy and keen to make their mark within a growing business
- Excited by the women’s health space and the opportunity to work in a meaningful, fast-developing market
