COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Venturion Private Club is a luxury concierge service that delivers bespoke lifestyle management tailored to each member's needs and interests, with a personal touch and meticulous attention to detail. The dedicated concierge team arranges last-minute bookings at top restaurants and hotels, designs luxury holidays including private yacht sailing, and curates unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Members also receive support in securing exclusive access to fashion shows, awards ceremonies, and film premieres in the glamorous world of high-end events. Guided by a "never take 'no' for an answer" philosophy, Venturion Private Club focuses on providing seamless, hassle-free solutions so members can devote their time to what matters most to them.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing Venturion Private Club's membership base by opening doors with the people who already sit closest to our ideal members — private bankers, family offices, luxury real estate agents, and other trusted intermediaries across the luxury hospitality and lifestyle world. This is a relationship-led role, not a transactional sales one: success comes from warm introductions and genuine trust, not cold outreach or high-volume pipeline management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role includes identifying and nurturing referral relationships, representing Venturion at relevant industry events, and presenting our membership offering to prospective members in a way that reflects the discretion and standards our clients expect. Once a member is signed, you'll hand them over smoothly to our concierge team, who take on day-to-day management of the relationship — with your ongoing income linked to that member staying active and engaged, so the incentive stays aligned with bringing in the right members, not just any members.

This role suits someone who already has a genuine network within the HNW & UHNW world and is comfortable with a longer, trust-based relationship cycle rather than fast transactional closing.

Qualifications

  • An existing network within the HNW & UHNW ecosystem — e.g. private banking, wealth management, luxury real estate, luxury hospitality, or a private members' club background
  • A track record of building and sustaining long-term, high-trust relationships rather than high-volume transactional sales
  • Comfort representing a premium brand in person at industry events and client-facing meetings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to high-net-worth and executive-level audiences
  • Strong discretion, integrity, and judgement when handling sensitive client relationships
  • Self-motivated and confident operating with a commission-weighted compensation structure
  • Based in, or with strong ties to, a relevant UHNW hubs (e.g. London, Marbella, Monaco, Miami, NYC, LA, Switzerland, Cyprus, Andorra etc)
  • Previous experience in a concierge, private membership, or exclusive club environment is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to an international clientele are a plus
