Business Development Manager (BDM) – Engage Process

Focus: Full 360 Sales Cycle Management

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: London
Reports to: Country Manager UK
Type: Full-Time – Hybrid Working (3-4 days office, 1-2 remote)

About Engage Process

Engage Process is a leading provider of a SaaS/Cloud process management platform with a current focus towards local government and housing associations. Our tool empowers teams to map, analyse, improve and share business processes rapidly and collaboratively.

Why work for Engage Process

  • We are a market leading SaaS platform that works within the Public Sector with good brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
  • A dynamic growing company that is constantly developing their product to match market requirements.
  • People focused leadership that empower team members to deliver their work and drive the company forward.
  • As a growing UK operation, the successful candidate will also have an opportunity to influence how we develop our UK sales approach rather than simply joining a large, rigid sales structure.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and curious Business Development Manager to support our sales growth in the UK. You’ll be responsible for managing an allocated territory and identifying, researching, and engaging new prospects across local authorities and housing associations, and managing the full sales cycle. This includes prospecting, product demonstration, progression of the sales cycle and closing of the deal.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
