Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate team player who wants to drive growth for the Cherry Blossom brand internationally and across the UK.
THE COMPANY
An opportunity has arisen to work within the Sales Team of a well-established manufacturing company. Grangers International Ltd, based in Derbyshire and established in 1937, is the owner of market-leading brands; Cherry Blossom, Grangers and Fabsil. This is an exciting time to join a very ambitious and passionate global business.
THE ROLE
Working in partnership with the wider Sales and Marketing Teams, the chosen candidate will be passionate and drive new business for the Cherry Blossom brand.
- Remote position, with opportunities to work from home around travel to the office for meetings.
- International travel will be required for meetings and events.
- Full-time position.
- Opportunity to develop skills base through funded courses and training software.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Proactively researching new key account opportunities.
- Target and approach new major accounts and distributors with well-thought-out, structured business proposals.
- Setting up distributors in key markets.
- Growing the Cherry Blossom brand internationally and within the UK.
- Support accounts to drive sales growth, using internal and external data, proposing well-thought-out business development proposals.
- Work with the Marketing Team to drive brand awareness via retailers, enhancing website performance and in-store education and marketing.
- Attend meetings and events, positively representing the company.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Demonstrate passion for business development
- Have experience setting up distributors
- Demonstrate experience opening new accounts and driving sales
- Show an interest in the fashion and footwear markets
- Be a team player, proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be able to work to tight deadlines, ensuring work remains of the highest quality
- Be detail-oriented and dedicated
- Be able to work cross-functionally with relevant teams
- Be professional when representing the Cherry Blossom brand when liaising with external partners
- Be a people person who is hands-on and open to learning in a collaborative and creative environment
- Regularly research competitor and market trends to inspire and motivate the wider team
