As we continue to expand our presence in the UK, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and establish long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations across the country.
This is an opportunity to join one of Europe's leading healthcare analytics companies and contribute directly to the transformation of healthcare through data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the full commercial sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to contract signature.
You will work with senior leaders across healthcare organizations to understand their challenges and demonstrate how LOGEX can help them improve outcomes, performance, and financial sustainability.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a strategic territory plan for the UK market
- Identifying, engaging, and acquiring new healthcare customers
- Building relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, operational stakeholders, and clinical decision-makers
- Leading discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and strategic priorities
- Managing complex and consultative sales processes from initial engagement through contract negotiation
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Clinical experts throughout the sales journey
- Delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and business cases
- Managing pipeline and forecasting activities through Salesforce
- Representing LOGEX at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- Achieving and exceeding annual revenue and growth targets

What you'll bring
You are a commercially driven professional who enjoys navigating complex stakeholder environments and creating long-term customer value.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Sales, or a comparable client-facing commercial role
- A proven track record of winning new business and delivering against ambitious revenue targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication capabilities
- A structured and data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS, data analytics, healthcare technology, or consultancy solutions
- Knowledge of the NHS or wider UK healthcare landscape
- Experience engaging with finance, operations, performance improvement, or clinical stakeholders
