Jeco Energies is expanding its Industrial Rental Division and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth across the UK and Ireland.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible commercial role where you'll be given the autonomy and support to build a strong customer portfolio and directly influence the growth of our Industrial Rental business. You'll identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships and position Jeco Energies as the preferred partner for temporary power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure and energy-related sectors.
  • Develop strategic relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting to contract award.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and customer terms.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent Jeco Energies at client meetings, industry exhibitions and networking events.
  • Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with company objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial and technical experience.
  • Strong track record in business development, technical sales or industrial services.
  • Knowledge of electrical installations, power generation, energy solutions or industrial equipment rental.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Experience managing commercial contracts and customer agreements.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Full driving licence.
