Position Overview
As a Mid-Market Account Executive/Business Development Manager at Noesis, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK market through the sale of consulting and professional services. This is a senior, full-cycle sales role that owns opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature, with typical engagements valued at £500k+. The role is fully remote, with preference for candidates based in or around London or Manchester to support strategic client engagement when required.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify and engage UK-based organisations with complex transformation and consulting needs.
- Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to generate new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
- Engage senior stakeholders across target accounts, including Directors and C-level profiles.

Sales Cycle Management & Closing
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract signature.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client strategy, challenges, and business objectives.
- Position Noesis’ services as outcome-driven, consultative solutions.
- Work with internal delivery and technical teams to shape proposals and commercial offers.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations through to close.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery teams.
- Support long-term client growth in collaboration with account and delivery teams.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Provide market insight and feedback to support UK growth strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in UK B2B sales, ideally within IT consulting, professional services, or technology services.
- Strong track record in selling services and complex solutions, not off-the-shelf products.
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level engagement skills.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, autonomous environment.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable experience selling consulting or professional services to UK-based clients.
