About Sendmarc

We are a cyber security company that is on a mission to make the internet a safer place. We do this by delivering tooling and services related to an international standard, DMARC. Our technology enables organisations to protect their staff, customers, suppliers, and the whole world from email spoofing and impersonation attacks on their domains.

We’re a fully remote company with the majority of our builders working out of South Africa and sales teams in the Netherlands, the US, Latin America, Australia, and the UK.

Mission

Own a slice of Sendmarc's UK & Ireland sales pipeline, from qualified opportunity to closed deal, executing the sales playbook to grow revenue primarily through Channel Partners across the region, with direct deals reserved for prospects who explicitly choose not to work with a partner.

Why This Role Exists

Sendmarc is building out UK & Ireland as a region. This role owns the sales side of that build: turning qualified opportunity into closed revenue, consistently, from day one. Sendmarc guarantees full DMARC enforcement within 90 days, a differentiator few competitors can match, and this role puts that guarantee directly to work in every conversation with a prospect.

Outcomes

Pipeline Ownership & Progression

  • Own an assigned pipeline/patch across UK & Ireland, sourced primarily through Channel Partners with SDR support for direct prospecting, qualification, and deal progression, running every qualified opportunity to a genuine decision, won or lost, not left open indefinitely.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Sales Process Execution

  • Run the sales process defined in the playbook (discovery, demo, proposal, close) consistently, and when a deal risks stalling, identify the real blocker - budget, champion, or competition - and address it directly with the prospect.

Forecast & Pipeline Accuracy

  • Keep CRM/pipeline data in HubSpot accurate and forecast-ready, so the Sales Leader’s roll-up is trustworthy every time forecasting is due.

Channel & Partner Enablement

  • Work with SDRs and Marketing to convert sourced leads into qualified opportunities, and build and grow the Channel Partner relationships that drive the majority of revenue across the region.

Competencies

SALES EXECUTION

  • Proven track record running a full sales cycle end to end - prospecting through close - in IT solution-selling or a related environment
  • Comfortable opening and closing enterprise and mid-market opportunities, not just working accounts that already exist
  • Confident presenting to clients and delivering sector-relevant demonstrations, positioning yourself as a trusted expert
  • Skilled at preparing compelling business proposals and persuasive presentations

CHANNEL & PARTNER

  • Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with Channel Partners alongside direct customers
  • Comfortable supporting Channel Partners through training, strategy alignment, and ongoing enablement
  • Channel Partner or vendor experience is a strong plus; experience taking a detailed, targeted channel strategy to market is a further plus

WAYS OF WORKING

  • Self-starter who manages their own pipeline and workflow in HubSpot with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable initiating discussions in new, unfamiliar, or competitive relationships
  • Entrepreneurial and structured at once - thinks outside the box but executes with detail and discipline
  • Tracks and reports progress weekly, keeping a consistent, healthy pipeline rather than a lumpy one

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5+ years of IT solution-selling experience, with a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Experience opening and closing enterprise and mid-market opportunities
  • Clear interest in cloud-based email management and security solutions
  • Comfortable engaging IT professionals, sales teams, and senior executives (Finance Directors, IT Managers, CISOs) with equal confidence

Who We're Looking For

You’re a well-networked self-starter who takes full ownership of the sales cycle - from first conversation to signed deal - and you’re just as comfortable in the room with a CISO as you are with a Channel Partner’s sales team.

You bring structure and pace to a region that’s already gaining ground. UK & Ireland has real momentum behind it - you’re helping to scale the region and sharpening the playbook as it matures.

IT or cybersecurity solution-selling background is expected; specific DMARC or email security experience is not - we’ll teach you the product.
