Responsibilities:
- ✔Develop new business opportunities in the UK nutraceutical and supplement market.
- ✔Identify and approach DTC brands, sports nutrition brands, contract manufacturers, CDMOs, private-label companies, and distributors.
- ✔Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, product recommendation, samples, quotations, negotiation, to order closing.
- ✔Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- ✔Identify cross-selling opportunities across our ingredient portfolio.
- ✔Achieve sales, gross profit, and new customer development targets.
- ✔Attend exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events.
- ✔Work closely with product, purchasing, quality, regulatory, and marketing teams.
- ✔Provide regular updates on customer projects, market trends, and sales forecasts.

- ✔ Strong knowledge of the UK nutraceutical, supplement, sports nutrition, or functional food market.
- ✔ Existing network with UK supplement brands, DTC brands, contract manufacturers, CDMOs, private-label companies, or distributors is highly preferred.
- ✔ Experience in B2B ingredient sales or business development.
- ✔ Experience with sports nutrition and fast-growing DTC brands is a strong advantage.
- ✔ Pet nutrition experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
- ✔ Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
- ✔ Fluent English.
