Responsibilities
- According to the company's business strategy, be responsible for the development and maintenance of distributors and channels in UK market; formulate corresponding sales plans and complete sales targets;
- Based on the current situation of UK market, cooperate with the headquarters to formulate product, pricing, channel and marketing strategies for UK retail market; regularly follow up on the implementation and review of the strategy;
- Regularly maintain distributors and channels relationships, assist distributors in developing and maintaining channels relationships, improve clients’ satisfaction, and increase channel brand exposure and proportion;
- Pay attention to market demand, understand industry competitive product dynamics and market trend information, and formulate more localized brand promotion strategies;
- Base in London.

Qualifications

- More than 5 years of experience in brand development of consumer electronics/IT products;
- Be familiar with the consumer electronics industry in UK market, have experience in successful cooperation with major local distributors (Westcoast/Exertis/TD Synnex/Ingram/CMS Distribution etc) and channels (Currys/Argos/Sainburary's/John Lewis/TESCO/ASDA/Carphone warehouse etc);
- Keen market insight and experience in products, channels, customer management, and sales; those with successful brand operation experience will be priority;
- Have mature market analysis capabilities, customer management, marketing planning capabilities, and decision-making judgment;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English;
- Sincere and dedicated, proactive, good at communication, strong problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability;
