Enterprise Business Development Manager – Unified Communications and Collaboration Tools
This role is UK home based with travel to client site and offices as needed

What is the role responsible for?
We are at an exciting time in the Collaboration function and building out our team. We are in search of dynamic and highly motivated Unified Communications Business Development Manager to drive our UK UC sales forward and sell across our collaboration portfolio (Cisco Webex, SIP Trunking, Microsoft Teams, Inbound, Agentic AI, telephony etc).
You will have extensive demonstrative experience of navigating complex business relationships, applying sales process and methodologies, developing and closing contracts.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Identify and target new Prospects through various methods – thorough vendor partnerships, co-selling, internal marketing, self-sourced.
- Work with our Account managers to generate cross-sell Collaboration opportunities into existing accounts.
- Use appropriate sales methodologies to manage deals through the pipeline.
- Working on deal governance and contract negotiation.
- Be able to close deals – using help of internal functions where necessary.
- Lead through influence and set the example for others with a high level of energy and confidence.
- Providing a solution orientated sales approach over the full delivery lifecycle.
- To ensure all activities and information are continually logged onto Gamma Hub (Salesforce) and all sales tools are used appropriately.
- Be an active and positive member of the Gamma Enterprise sales team, contributing to ideas, projects and the development of colleagues at all times.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven sales professional with experience in new business development and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong background in solution-led selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and position relevant services effectively.
- Demonstrable experience selling Unified Communications solutions, ideally including Cisco WebEx.
- A track record of successfully closing new business opportunities.
- Experience managing significant sales targets, including targets into the millions.
- A proactive mindset, with the drive to make a meaningful impact.
- Excellent customer negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively within a team environment to drive excellence.
- The ability to create detailed plans and follow through to successful delivery.
- Working financial knowledge, including the ability to read and analyse profit and loss statements and understand ROI models.
