This role offers the opportunity to help grow the van sales side of the business by developing new commercial opportunities and strengthening relationships with fleet customers. As Business Development Manager - Vans, you will play a key part in expanding market presence, shaping sales direction, and supporting sustainable growth through a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

Hours - 40
Salary - £34,591 plus OTE plus company car
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the van sales market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and commercial vehicle clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
- Prepare forecasts and performance reports to support business planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business development experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales.
- Strong knowledge of the van market and fleet customer needs, with hands-on experience in fleet prospecting.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with commercial clients.
- Ability to analyse market trends and turn insights into effective sales strategy.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence and is confident managing field-based client meetings.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
