Job Title: Business Development Manager
At Ellis Group, we are continuing to grow our global business and are looking to connect with an ambitious, high-performing Business Development Manager who can play a key role in driving new client acquisition and expanding our presence across Enterprise Systems.
Our office is based in Richmond, just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction.
About the Role
If you have a strong track record in business development within technology recruitment or professional services, ideally across Oracle, SAP, or Data & AI, and you’re motivated by opening doors, developing strategic relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to join a specialist recruitment business with a strong reputation in enterprise technology, working with global organisations while playing a key role in the next phase of our international expansion.
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- A proven track record in new business development and client acquisition, ideally within technology recruitment or professional services.
- Experience developing relationships within Enterprise Systems, with exposure to Oracle, SAP, Data & AI or related technology markets advantageous.
- The ability to identify, engage and convert new client opportunities.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, from initial introduction through to commercial discussions.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand clients’ business challenges and translate these into recruitment and talent solutions.
- A consultative approach with the ability to build credible, long-term client relationships.
- The drive and resilience to develop new markets, open new accounts and create sustainable revenue opportunities.
- The ability to work collaboratively with our recruitment teams to successfully develop and grow newly acquired accounts.
