About Entalio

Entalio provides highly confidential, individually selected psychotherapy for CEOs, C-suite executives, founders, board members, and other senior leaders operating under sustained professional and personal pressure.

Prolonged stress and burnout can affect judgement, performance, relationships, and leadership capability, with significant consequences for both the individual and the organisation. Entalio connects senior leaders with carefully selected psychotherapists, matched to their individual circumstances, needs, personality, and professional context. The process is personal, discreet, and confidential, with a focus on providing high-quality psychological support at the level expected by senior leaders.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us build relationships with the individuals and organisations who understand the importance of executive psychological wellbeing.

This is a relationship-led business development role. You will be speaking with CEOs, founders, senior executives, board members, advisors, investors, and other influential professionals. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is not a high-volume, transactional sales position. The nature of our work means that trust comes before conversion. Our clients are making decisions about something deeply personal and highly confidential, and the business development process must reflect that.

  • Introducing Entalio and communicating the importance of proactive psychological support at senior leadership level
  • Conducting thoughtful, professional conversations focused on the challenges faced by senior leaders and the appropriate support available to them
  • Developing referral and strategic partner relationships with executive advisors, coaches, investors, professional services firms, and other trusted networks
  • Identifying opportunities to work with organisations seeking high-level psychological support for their senior leadership teams
  • Managing the full business development process, from initial contact through to client engagement
  • Representing Entalio with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, consultative sales, or relationship-led commercial roles
  • Preferably experience engaging with senior executives, founders, high-net-worth individuals, or other senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust quickly
  • A mature and discreet approach to sensitive and confidential conversations
  • Genuine interest in executive wellbeing, leadership, psychology, or the human challenges associated with senior responsibility
  • The patience and judgement to work with longer, relationship-driven sales cycles
  • Confidence operating independently while representing a premium and highly confidential service

Why Entalio

We believe psychological support at executive level should be treated with the same seriousness as other forms of professional support.

The objective is not simply to respond when a leader reaches breaking point. It is to help executives maintain their psychological resilience, effectiveness, and capacity to lead, while helping organisations reduce the significant personal and business consequences associated with prolonged burnout and executive loss.

If you are experienced in building trusted relationships at senior level and want to work in a business addressing an increasingly important issue in executive leadership, we would like to hear from you.
