The Role
This is a relationship-led Business Development Manager position, focused on developing new dealer partnerships and growing existing relationships.
You’ll spend your time speaking with motor dealers, understanding their requirements, introducing finance solutions and building long-term commercial partnerships.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new dealer relationships
- Managing and growing existing dealer accounts
- Building strong relationships with dealership owners, principals and sales teams
- Understanding dealer requirements and identifying opportunities to provide suitable finance solutions
- Generating new business through proactive outreach, networking and field activity
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process for dealers and customers
- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity
- Maintaining accurate records and managing your own pipeline

About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally commercial, confident and relationship-focused.
You may currently be working in:
- Motor finance
- Automotive sales
- Dealer development
- Field sales
- Business development
- Account management
- Automotive services
- Warranties, vehicle products or other dealer-facing solutions
The key is that you understand how to build relationships with dealerships and win new business.
