Business Development Manager
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new business across pallet and warehouse solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, research and face-to-face visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
- Work with operational teams to create effective and commercially viable solutions
- Manage new business implementations from sale through to delivery
- Identify emerging markets, trends and competitor activity
- Attend exhibitions and trade shows where required
- Work closely with marketing to increase brand awareness
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Genuine hunter mentality and a passion for new business
- Confident getting out on the road and creating opportunities
- Proactive, self-motivated and commercially driven
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and generate your own leads
- Full driving licence
- Previous warehouse or logistics industry experience is desirable but not essential
