Business Development Manager | HealthTech SaaS
Manchester (Hybrid) + UK Travel
I'm partnering with a fast-growing HealthTech business that's transforming how healthcare providers use technology to improve patient care and clinical decision-making.
This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company with an established product already being used across NHS and independent healthcare organisations. You'll work directly with the founders, taking ownership of new business across the UK and playing a key role in shaping the company's commercial growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Winning new business across NHS Trusts and independent healthcare providers
- Building relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, digital teams and procurement stakeholders
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through to contract signature
- Delivering product demonstrations and commercial proposals
- Working closely with the founders to influence sales strategy and market approach

What they're looking for:
- 3+ years' success in B2B new business sales
- Experience selling SaaS or digital solutions into healthcare (NHS, independent healthcare or social care)
- A proven track record of closing complex, consultative sales
- Someone who enjoys building opportunities from scratch rather than relying on inbound leads
