Business Development Manager - Workplace Refreshment Solutions
📍 Central London
⏰ 7:30am-4:30pm office hours
🏢 Office-based with daily F2F meetings, appointments and site visits in Central London
💰 £50K-£55K Basic | £70K-£75K OTE | Uncapped Commission
A rapidly expanding workplace refreshment business is entering an exciting phase of ambitious growth and is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new opportunities in the Central London market. 📈
This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role, representing a unique range of premium workplace refreshment equipment - coffee, water, juicers and vending machines - alongside accompanying maintenance and servicing contracts.

As well as building direct relationships with FM providers and businesses, a key part of the role will be networking with architects, designers and specification managers, positioning the solution during the early stages of building design and fit-out.
You'll need to be confident communicating with senior stakeholders, understand how to uncover genuine customer needs and, most importantly, be able to sell the value of their products and services.
Package:
💰 £50K-£55K basic | £70K-£75K OTE

We're looking for:
👤 Proven B2B field sales experience
🎯 Proven new-business ability
💼 Experience selling equipment, workplace solutions, catering, facilities, managed services or similar
🤝 Strong relationship-building & consultative selling skills
🗣️ Confident, articulate communication style
