For driven business development professionals who hunt, engage and convert

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly established and successful business that is building growing its existing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for commercially driven Business Development Managers with a proven record of success, strong engagement skills and the ability to turn conversations into results.

This is not a passive sales role. We are looking for hunters: proactive, resilient and emotionally intelligent people who can build rapport quickly, absorb product knowledge, uncover customer need, handle objections and close with confidence.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • £30,000 basic salary, increasing to £35k after probation, rising to £40k within 10 months.
  • £65k+ OTE, with clear earning potential for high performers.

About you:

You may already be working in business development, sales, or account management; what matters most is your track record, mindset and ability to influence through credible, engaging communication.

You will naturally be:

  • Driven by targets, progress and personal achievement.
  • Confident in engaging prospects, building rapport and converting interest.
  • Commercially sharp, curious and able to translate product knowledge into customer value.
  • Emotionally intelligent, resilient and adaptable in communication style.
  • Proactive in creating opportunities through outbound activity and disciplined follow-up.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospective customers, primarily via Microsoft Teams.
  • Promote the company’s solutions clearly and confidently, aligning the product offering to customer need.
  • Manage and convert sales appointments provided by the BDR team.
  • Proactively create your own opportunities through targeted outbound activity.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up opportunities with pace and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders.
  • Handle objections, identify buying signals and convert interest into action.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently work towards KPIs and sales targets.
