About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive our UK growth. This is a hands-on role: you'll be opening new accounts, running the phones daily, and building the wholesale and retail relationships that get LIPSTRIP onto more shelves.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and outbound calling every day
- Turning warm and cold leads into accounts
- Opening new wholesale, retail, and distribution relationships
- Building and running a proper UK sales pipeline
- Chasing buyers persistently until deals close
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- Spotting new opportunities across the UK market
- Working directly with the founders to hit sales targets

Requirements

Essential:
- Knowledge of the UK nicotine trade, ideally with existing contacts across wholesalers, distributors, vape retailers, and convenience operators.
- Vape or nicotine pouch experience is essential; nicotine strip experience is a strong plus.

Preferred:
- Someone who's spent time in vape, nicotine pouches, or nicotine strips and knows the trade.
- Comfortable on the phone, not just sending emails.
- Persistent with follow-up, doesn't let leads go cold.
- Genuinely motivated by hitting numbers.
- Happy working in a small, fast-moving business where you'll wear more than one hat.

- Package: Competitive salary plus uncapped performance-based commission
