Role Description

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the UK
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present Beewise’s merchant services and technology solutions in a clear, value-focused manner
Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research
- Generating leads
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Delivering product demonstrations
- Preparing proposals
- Negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines
The role also involves:
- Collaborating with internal teams such as operations and customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high client satisfaction
- Tracking performance metrics
- Providing regular progress reports
- Contributing feedback to refine sales strategies and service offerings
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience in B2B solutions, merchant services, payment technology, or SaaS, with the ability to understand and explain technical products in practical terms is handy but not a must.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid analytical and research abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and standard office software; familiarity with digital sales tools and online meeting platforms is beneficial.
- Previous experience in UK SME markets or related commercial environments is highly beneficial.
