About Fundin

At Fundin, we're on a mission to reshape how charities and non-profits secure funding. Our platform combines AI-powered bid writing with human insight to help charities and nonprofits access more grants, more easily. But we know that tech is only as smart as the people behind it, and that's where you might come in.

We're a small, fast-growing startup with a big vision: to build a fairer, easier funding ecosystem. As an early team member, you'll be joining us at an exciting time, helping shape our systems, tools, and culture as we grow.

The role

We're looking for a proactive, sales-driven Partnerships Manager to grow Fundin's user base with charities, non-profits, and education. You'll deliver demos to prospective customers, book those demos through outbound and lead-generation webinars, and grow awareness by building distribution partnerships.

This is a genuine opportunity to own a channel from scratch inside an early-stage startup working at the intersection of tech, fundraising, and social impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

  • Aren't put off by cold outreach — happy to pick up the phone or send the first message
  • Can keep a healthy pipeline organised across multiple channels at once
