About Ringline

Ringline is a modern UK cloud phone provider helping small businesses, growing teams, agencies, and trades run professional business phone systems without the legacy headaches.

Unlike traditional telecoms companies that trap clients in 36 to 60-month contracts and expensive hardware leases, Ringline operates on flexible 30-day rolling terms. Our system works seamlessly across mobile apps, desktop apps, and desk phones—complete with custom greetings, departmental menus, voicemail to email, and WhatsApp Business integration.

Why this is an exciting product to sell:

  • Low barrier to entry: 14-day free team trial and 30-day rolling contracts (no 3-year hard sell).
  • True pain-point solution: We solve the #1 telecom complaint (rigid contracts and poor service).
  • Seamless onboarding: Number porting with zero downtime and fast digital setup.

The Role

As our Business Development Manager based in Peterborough, you will be the driving force behind Ringline's B2B growth across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
