We work with landowners as partners, building long-term relationships through a straightforward and transparent approach.
As an independently funded business, we can move quickly, think commercially and act decisively, an ideal environment for a driven, results-focused individual to thrive in.
The Role
You will play a key role in identifying, assessing and securing new land opportunities.
This is a research, relationship-building and telephone-based sales role, focused on finding development opportunities, identifying landowners and agents, building relationships and converting opportunities into acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source land opportunities through outbound calling, direct approaches, agents, and market research
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential development sites, including setting weekly contact targets
- Speak confidently with landowners to explain the financial benefits of selling or developing their land for housing
- Arrange meetings with landowners, agents, and decision-makers for senior team members where appropriate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners, agents, and professional contacts
- Carry out initial assessments of sites, including location, size, and development potential
- Present high-level land appraisals and development concepts to landowners (with training and support)
- Support negotiations by gathering information and assisting with heads of terms
- Keep up to date with local market activity, planning policy changes, and competitor movements
- Accurately record activity, conversations, and progress across multiple opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
