Business Development Manager - National
The Role: Take ownership of securing specifications and winning projects across the UK, focusing on the logistics, warehousing and distribution sectors. You'll work with M&E consultants, Tier 1 contractors and multi-site end users to drive both retrofit and new build opportunities, building strong relationships to grow project pipelines and secure long-term business.

Requirements: · Technical, project-based sales experience in the construction / M&E sector · Commercially driven with the energy to develop new business · Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career within a growing organisation
The Package: · Up to £50,000 basic salary DoE · 25% quarterly bonus scheme · Electric company car · Pension · 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
The Company: A long-established UK manufacturer of commercial and industrial HVAC solutions, supplying energy-efficient, decarbonisation-focused systems for large commercial buildings across a range of sectors.
