Business Development Manager

Location: Regional – your office? Pretty much every great bar in town

Reports to: Regional Field Sales Manager

Fancy getting paid to talk about drinks? Forget sitting behind a desk. This is a role for people who love getting out there, meeting people, spotting opportunities and making things happen.

At Global Brands, we create, build and grow some of the UK's best-loved drinks brands, including Hooch, VK and Franklin & Sons. We're all about getting our brands into the right hands, and making sure they're impossible to ignore.

You'll own your territory like it's your own business. One minute you'll be winning a new customer, the next you'll be bringing a promotion to life, growing an existing account or celebrating another new listing.

It's not always easy. There are targets to smash, competitors to beat and plenty of miles to cover. But if you love winning new business, building great relationships and seeing the results of your hard work, you'll love this role.

Why Global Brands?

You'll be joining an ambitious, entrepreneurial business that's genuinely passionate about what we do.

  • You'll have the freedom to make decisions, the support to develop your career and the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands in the drinks industry.
  • We value people who are independent, innovative, supportive, trustworthy and creative – people who take ownership, challenge the status quo, build genuine partnerships and bring our brands to life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
