Business Development Manager
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
TEXO Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing business within the print industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in the print sector to take responsibility for developing new business, building long-term client relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Generating leads and converting them into new accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships.
- Managing the full sales process from initial contact through to securing new business.
- Growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for additional business.
- Researching the market and identifying potential new clients.
- Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Achieving agreed sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
- Previous experience within the print industry is essential.
- A proven track record of winning new business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A proactive and target-driven approach.
- The confidence to identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities.
