You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where quality, ownership and initiative matter.

We’re looking for a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for developing key accounts and winning new clients across Europe's largest reward and benefits event. You will play a key role in growing our exhibitor and sponsorship revenues as well as increasing our market presence.


Job Description

What you'll do

New Business Development - Proactively identify, target and win new exhibitors, and sponsors and exhibitor clients and build relationships with senior decision-makers through outreach, networking and consultative selling. Develop relationships with key accounts whilst retaining and growing revenues from these core customers.

Solution Selling - Understand client marketing goals and create tailored solutions

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Proven success in new business sales, ideally within media, events, or B2B
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)

Additional Information

What we offer

  • Salary of £40,000-£44,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission
  • 28 days’ annual leave
