About Status Labs

Status Labs is a premier digital reputation management firm, specialising in Public Relations, SEO, and Digital Marketing. Founded in 2012, we partner with Fortune 500 companies, VC-backed businesses, celebrities, executives, and other high-profile individuals to build, protect, and improve their digital presence.

Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US by Inc. Magazine (2016-2019), Status Labs has been featured in The New York Times, U.S. News & World Report, The Observer, and more. Our global team works across offices in Austin, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London, and Hamburg.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our client base across Europe. This role sits at the heart of our European expansion, working across the UK, DACH and wider European markets to bring high-profile individuals, executives and brands on board as Status Labs clients.

You'll prospect new opportunities, pitch to prospective clients, and close new business, building relationships with CEOs, celebrities and some of the biggest brands in the world. As you grow in the role, you'll also take on account management responsibility for the relationships you build, working alongside our Business Development Director and wider Sales & Strategy team.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
