At BMS, we've been engaged to recruit a Client Services Manager for a rapidly growing market research business. This is a commercial role combining account management with new business development, working with some of the world's best-known technology, consulting, and consumer brands.

The Role
- Manage a mix of existing client relationships and new business opportunities across the UK and US.
- Sell specialist market research recruitment services to technology companies, consultancies, venture capital firms, and consumer brands.
- Target Insight Managers, Research Managers, Client Directors, and Consultants.
- Generate opportunities through inherited accounts, inbound enquiries, and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Typical project values average around £18K, with sales cycles of approximately 2 weeks.
- Once projects are secured, hand over delivery to the specialist client services team.
- Clear pathway into a Senior Client Services role within approximately 2 years as the commercial team continues to expand.

The Candidate
- 18 months+ of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Experience selling professional services, research, data, or insight-led solutions would be advantageous.
- Degree educated with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Articulate, commercially minded, and confident presenting to clients.
- Naturally inquisitive with strong relationship-building skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career.
The Package
- Basic Salary: £40,000-£50,000
- OTE: £65,000 (uncapped)
