A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking three Business Development Managers to support its continued growth across London and the surrounding areas. With dedicated opportunities in the Healthcare, Commercial, and Education sectors, you'll play a key role in winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships, delivering Hard FM solutions across HVAC, engineering, and technical building services.
The Role
As The Business Development Manager, You'll
- Drive new business opportunities across your dedicated sector - Healthcare, Commercial, or Education.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for Hard FM service delivery, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and engineering solutions.
- Work closely with operational teams to develop tailored service proposals.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to contract award.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

You
To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager, you'll bring:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the Facilities Management sector.
- Experience selling Hard FM services, including engineering, HVAC, mechanical, or electrical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of either the Healthcare, Commercial, or Education market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic, commercially focused approach with a proven ability to win new business.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational teams.
