As an Analyst/Associate Business Development Consultant within our digital wealth management business, you’ll have a strong track record in sales, lead generation, and referrals, and will be working towards QCF Level 4 qualification or have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop lead generation and referral strategies that support Senior Wealth Managers’ growth goals.
- Prospect and engage clients and prospects through multiple channels to identify new business opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them to our wealth management solutions.
- Partner with marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness.
- Provide timely, high-quality feedback on campaign performance to improve targeting and outcomes.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure efficient handover to Senior Wealth Managers.
- Prepare Senior Wealth Managers for client meetings and presentations by supplying relevant insights and data.
- Track and maintain lead and referral activity to support consistent pipeline management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and inform outreach approaches.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and referrals either within the financial services or wealth management industry, or transferable skills from other industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and prospects.
- Working towards QCF Level 4 qualification or ability to achieve this within 18 months of joining.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience collaborating within a team environment to support shared business goals.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for lead generation and client engagement.
- Experience supporting client meeting preparation (for example, organizing materials, insights, and pitch inputs).
