Help build the UK presence of Work Health Strategy

Location: London, UK | Flexible / Hybrid

Work Health Strategy is an international workforce health and organisational performance consultancy. We bring together occupational health expertise, psychosocial risk intelligence, employee support, strategic consulting and intelligent technology to help organisations build healthier workforces and stronger performance.

As we expand into the UK, we are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven professional to help develop our market presence, build strategic relationships and create new business opportunities.

This is an opportunity to play an active role in developing W.H.S. in the UK from an early stage.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients across the UK
  • Build relationships with HR, People, Wellbeing, Occupational Health and senior business leaders
  • Develop a qualified pipeline of potential clients and opportunities
  • Introduce W.H.S. and communicate the business value of our solutions
  • Support meetings, proposals and the development of new client relationships
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral networks
  • Represent W.H.S. at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
  • Gather market intelligence and contribute to our UK go-to-market strategy
  • Work directly with the founder and international team to develop the UK business

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confidence engaging with corporate decision-makers
  • Good understanding of the UK business environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of opportunities
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Communications, Healthcare or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting, HR, occupational health, employee wellbeing, healthcare, technology or professional services would be an advantage.

What success looks like

You will help W.H.S. establish a strong network in the UK, create meaningful conversations with prospective clients and partners, develop a growing pipeline of opportunities, and contribute to converting those opportunities into long-term client relationships.
