WE ARE HIRING: ENTERPRISE GROWTH & COMMUNITY EXECUTIVE

EmergX Capital Partners Limited

Build relationships. Grow a community. Help bring new businesses to market.

EmergX Capital Partners Limited is seeking a bright, dynamic and dedicated professional to strengthen our market presence, build the EmergX Investment Club community, and support the market launch and growth of new startup companies.

The ideal candidate will bring a few years of relevant experience, strong commercial initiative and a proven ability to connect people through professional networking, community engagement and well-organised social gatherings.

The role

Working closely with leadership and enterprise teams, you will support three connected priorities:

  • EmergX Capital: strengthen brand visibility, develop relationships and support business development.
  • EmergX Investment Club: attract members, encourage participation and build an active community through communications, networking and events.
  • Our startups: support marketing, customer acquisition, partnership development and commercial follow-up.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, professionals, prospective customers and potential partners.
  • Organise and host networking events, member meetups, business receptions and social gatherings with a clear community or commercial purpose.
  • Represent EmergX at relevant events, initiate conversations and follow up to develop lasting relationships.
  • Create a welcoming experience for new members and encourage meaningful connections within the Investment Club.
  • Coordinate webinars and physical events, including invitations, registration, logistics and participant follow-up.
  • Develop professional content for LinkedIn, social platforms, email campaigns and community announcements.
  • Support startup launch campaigns, research target markets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain contact databases and report on membership growth, engagement, leads and conversions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
