Role Description
The Business Development Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth and expanding JustMe Waste & Recycling Ltd’s customer base. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Identifying and qualifying new business leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients
- Presenting tailored waste management and recycling solutions
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure viable service offerings
- Monitoring performance against sales targets
- Analyzing market trends
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Representing the company in virtual meetings, industry networks, and online events to promote services and strengthen brand presence

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing commercial deals.
- Strong Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to assess opportunities, pricing, and contract profitability.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to present services, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Customer Service orientation with proven experience supporting and retaining business clients.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within waste management, environmental services, logistics, or related sectors.
- Comfort working remotely, with effective time management, self-motivation, and proficiency using digital tools and CRM software.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Finance, Marketing, Environmental Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- Valid authorization to work in the relevant jurisdiction; driving license and knowledge of the Lincolnshire/East Midlands region are beneficial.
