Business Development Operations Manager | Biotech | 6-Month FTC | 1 Day Per Week
We are looking for someone who has directly supported business development, fundraising or partnering activity within a biotech or life sciences company.
This is not a general administration role. You will work closely with senior scientific and commercial leadership, providing the operational support behind fundraising, investor engagement and strategic business development activity.
The role will include:
- Managing CDAs, NDAs and confidential documentation
- Maintaining and coordinating investor and partner data rooms
- Supporting fundraising and investor due diligence
- Coordinating pitch decks, presentations and investor materials
- Managing document and version control
- Tracking investor, partner and BD actions and follow-ups
- Supporting meetings with investors, partners and advisers
- Coordinating information across scientific, legal, finance and commercial teams
- Keeping BD activity organised, accurate and moving forward

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within a small biotech, startup, university spinout or early-stage life sciences company, where they have operated closely alongside a CEO, CBO, CSO or CFO.

The key requirement is genuine exposure to the operational side of biotech fundraising, partnering or business development.
Commitment: Approximately 1 day per week
Location: Kent / Hybrid
