Business Development Support £50,000 + Benefits Central London Fully office-based Start ASAP
We’re working with an incredibly successful design agency with ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects.
They’re looking for an experienced Business Development Support professional to become the operational engine behind the BD and Marketing team of 12.
This is not a traditional sales role. It’s a key position for someone who can bring structure, pace and accountability to a busy commercial function. You’ll be making sure actions happen, opportunities are progressed and nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for experience in either professional services, property, architecture/design, construction or agency side.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a high volume of actions, deadlines, meetings and stakeholders
- Keeping senior commercial people on track and following up on agreed actions
- Coordinating activity across multiple teams and ensuring everyone is working from a joined-up plan
- Producing clear weekly reporting on targets, actions, blockers and next steps
- Tracking commercial opportunities and making sure actions are progressed
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively finding solutions
- Improving processes, trackers, systems and ways of working
You could come from a background in:
- Business Development Support
- Sales Operations / Sales Support
- Commercial Operations
- Sales or BD Coordination
- Account/Client Services Operations
- Executive Assistant / Senior PA with strong commercial exposure
