About Thalenor

Thalenor is a software and AI services company working with businesses to build modern digital products, streamline operations and solve practical business problems through technology.

Our work ranges from websites and digital platforms to custom software, automation and AI-powered solutions.

As we expand our presence in the UK, we’re looking for Business Development Partners who can help us build relationships with businesses and identify new commercial opportunities.

The Role

You’ll focus on connecting Thalenor with businesses that could benefit from our services.

This is primarily a business development and relationship-building role. You don’t need to be highly technical, and you won’t be expected to independently scope or design software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying relevant businesses and decision-makers
  • Starting conversations with prospective clients
  • Understanding their requirements at a high level
  • Identifying genuine business opportunities
  • Introducing interested prospects to Thalenor
  • Coordinating initial meetings with our team
  • Maintaining professional communication with prospects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
