Business Development Partner — Commission Only

About Silverbirch Talent

Silverbirch Talent is a boutique embedded talent consultancy based in the United Kingdom. We provide talent as a service — embedding senior talent professionals directly inside fast growing businesses on a flexible monthly subscription, acting as their dedicated in house talent function without the cost of a permanent hire.

We work with founders, CEOs and leadership teams at startups and scale ups across the UK fintech and technology sectors. We are growing and looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Partner to join us on a self employed commission only basis.

The Opportunity

This is a fully remote self employed role with uncapped commission. There is no base salary — your earning potential is entirely in your hands. The more clients you bring on board the more you earn. This role suits someone who is confident, resilient and motivated by results rather than a fixed income. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in building the Silverbirch Talent client base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
