Role Description
The Business Development Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships with organizations and professionals aligned with CareerShift’s mission. Day-to-day activities include:

The Business Development Partner will collaborate with trainers, coaches, and internal stakeholders to design tailored solutions, support implementation of joint initiatives, and ensure partner satisfaction. The role also involves:
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities
- Tracking performance metrics
- Contributing to the development of sales and growth strategies
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Sales, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing partnership or service agreements.
- Strong Consulting and client advisory skills to understand partner needs and co-create impactful career development solutions.
- Proven Project Management capabilities to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver agreed outcomes with partners.
- Background in Leadership Development and Training, with the ability to collaborate effectively with trainers, coaches, and learning experts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Ability to work independently on-site in the London Area, while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in career development, professional services, or education sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
