About Connected Conveyancing
Connected Conveyancing is a growing conveyancing referral business connecting clients, mortgage brokers, and estate agents with conveyancing professionals across England and Wales.
We're expanding our network and looking for ambitious, relationship-driven individuals to help us grow.
The Opportunity
We're looking for Business Development Partners who can help generate new conveyancing business through two key channels:
1. Direct Client Introductions
Introduce individuals who require conveyancing services, including property purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Building Professional Partnerships
Connect with mortgage brokers, estate agents, and property professionals, develop referral relationships, and help establish a consistent flow of conveyancing enquiries.

Who We're Looking For
- Individuals with experience in sales, business development, or the property industry.
- People with existing relationships in mortgage broking, estate agency, or property services.
- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships.
- Self-motivated individuals comfortable generating their own opportunities.
- Freelance business developers seeking an additional income stream.
Existing industry connections are advantageous, but not essential.

Remuneration
This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity, with no basic salary or guaranteed earnings.
Commission is earned on qualifying completed matters, subject to agreed written terms. Full details of the commission structure will be discussed with suitable applicants.
