Xegra is a visual production team working with gamedev, iGaming, entertainment, and digital projects. We’re looking for an independent Business Development Partner who can help us find and bring new clients.
This is not a full-time salaried position. We’re looking for someone who prefers to work on commission and can work with other companies at the same time.
What you would do:
- Find companies and projects that may need our services
- Reach out to potential clients
- Handle initial communication
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Help move opportunities toward a deal

- Visual production
- UI/UX
- Websites and digital products
- Artwork and promo visuals
- Branding and other visual work
We’re especially interested in someone who already has experience or contacts in gamedev, iGaming, entertainment, creative production, or digital services.

Payment:
- Commission only, with no fixed salary
- We currently offer 20% of the revenue actually paid to us by clients you bring
- For long-term clients, we can discuss the commission structure separately
- There is no exclusivity. You can work with other companies as well
