Shield TSCM is looking for the right person to join us at an early stage and help build the commercial side of a specialist technical security business.
This is not a traditional salaried sales role. Instead, we’re offering a genuine partnership opportunity built around performance-based equity, profit participation, and long-term ownership.
About Shield
Shield operates within the specialist Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures sector, supporting clients who require discreet technical security, privacy, and counter-surveillance services.
Role Overview
The role will focus on:
- Identifying new opportunities
- Opening doors and generating introductions
- Building relationships
- Developing strategic partnerships
- Creating meetings with organizations and individuals who may require our services

You would not be expected to become a technical TSCM specialist. Shield will handle technical discussions, surveys, proposals, quotations, and operational delivery.
Compensation
There is no base salary initially. The commercial structure is designed to reward someone who genuinely helps build the business, including an initial equity position, further equity linked to agreed revenue milestones, and participation in profit generated from qualifying business introduced.

Ideal Candidate
This would suit someone with experience or strong networks across business development, security, risk management, corporate intelligence, executive protection, family offices, or related sectors.
We are early stage, ambitious, and operating in a specialist market with significant room for growth.
